Charlie Midnight is a Multi-Grammy™, Golden Globe™ award winning and Emmy™ nominated songwriter and producer. He is noted for his versatility for writing and or producing for a wide range of legendary and varied artists such as: James Brown, Joni Mitchell, Barbra Streisand, Ariana Grande, Mariah Carey, Katie Perry, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Cher, Idina Menzel, Hilary Duff, Billy Joel, Jamey Johnson, Seal, Joe Cocker, Andrea Bocelli and The Doobie Brothers to name a few.
Charlie has had a chameleon-like career, working with a uniquely wide range of artists from James Brown to Hilary Duff. The common denominator has been in discovering the authenticity and honesty of the Artist while staying true to himself as a writer. Charlie’s passion continues to guide him as he lives by his credo: To never look back and say “what if" but to look around and say “what now” and to look ahead and say “what next” and let the creating and the doing be an end in and of itself and most importantly to “let your passion fuel you.”
Among his many achievements are: Emmy™ nomination for Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics for Barbra Streisand “Love Will Survive”; Grammy® Award for Best Pop Album, Joni Mitchell "Turbulent ; Grammy® Award for Best Country Album, Jamey Johnson “The Guitar Song,” co-writing the single “My Way To You” with Jamey Johnson; Grammy® Award for Album of the Year, “The Bodyguard” producing and co-writing “Trust in Me.” “The Bodyguard” is the best selling soundtrack album of all time. Grammy® Award for Best Children’s Album “Thanks and Giving All Year Long,” Marlo Thomas and Christopher Cerf, writing and producing “I’ll Give Anything But Up.” Grammy® Award for Best Pop Traditional Pop Vocal Album, Barbra Streisand “Partners Album” co-writing the single “I still can see your face.” Grammy® nomination for Best Song written for Visual Media for The Tattooist of Aushwitch “Love Will Survive” On the Grammy® nominated soundtrack album “Burlesque,” Charlie co-wrote “Welcome To Burlesque” the title track and the first song that Cher ever sang in a film. Charlie also received a Golden Globe® nomination for “Why Should I Worry,” sung by Billy Joel for Walt Disney’s classic film "Oliver and Company” and a Golden Globe® nomination for "A Woman Loves A Man," sung by Joe Cocker for the feature film "Bull Durham,”
SUSANNA MIDNIGHT

Susanna is a skillful connector who harnesses her unique network across diverse sectors, working closely with world’s top musicians, actors, celebrity influencers, talent agencies and brands. She has advised non-profit institutions, foundations and corporations on their development strategies and arranged grants to worthy organizations as well as serving on the Board of Directors of The Geffen Playhouse along with such luminaries as David Geffen, Steven Spielberg and Jeffrey Katzenberg.
Credited with extensive experience developing smart production models across large-scale, multi-format operations, Susanna understands what it takes to mobilize creative, high-performance teams and operations to achieve project goals.
Susanna began her career as a classically trained ballerina and danced with George Balanchine’s “New York City Ballet.” However she traded in her pointe shoes when the opportunity arose and joined the hit pop group “Kid Creole and The Coconuts” and toured internationally with them as a recording artist as well as performing at the White House for the Inaugural Ball of George H.W. Bush. Susanna has also danced on Broadway in Jerome Robbins’s “On Your Toes” and has worked in film, television and stage as an actress. Susanna is best known for her work in the hit television series “Friends” as Margha, the love interest for Joey and Chandler in the iconic Thanksgiving Football Episode. She is also honored to be a lifetime member of The Actors Studio.
Susanna continues to be fueled by working with new artists and provides strategic planning and experienced guidance to help new music initiatives reach their full potential.
